Water

  • In Soil: Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Water thoroughly, but avoid overwatering, which can lead to root rot

  • Use a well-draining potting mix, possibly a blend of peat moss and perlite or sand.
  • Slightly acidic to neutral soil is preferred, with a pH between 6.0 and 7.0.
  • Repot every couple of years or when it becomes root-bound.
