पर्पल ऑक्सालिस एक ऐसा पौधा है जो देखते ही ध्यान खींच लेता है। इसकी पत्तियाँ गहरे बैंगनी रंग की होती हैं और तिकोनी शेप में होती हैं। सबसे मज़ेदार बात ये है कि रात होते ही इसकी पत्तियाँ अपने-आप बंद हो जाती हैं और सुबह फिर खुल जाती हैं — बिल्कुल जैसे कोई नाच रहा हो। इसी वजह से लोग इसे प्यार से “बटरफ्लाई प्लांट” कहते हैं।इसके गहरे बैंगनी पत्ते और छोटे-छोटे हल्के गुलाबी फूल इसे बाकी हरे पौधों से बिल्कुल अलग बना देते हैं। यह बहुत ज़्यादा जगह भी नहीं लेता और इसकी देखभाल भी आसान है।इसे खिड़की के पास, सेंटर टेबल या ऑफिस की डेस्क पर रख दें — थोड़ी सी रोशनी में ही यह घर को रंगीन और फ्रेश बना देता है। कम मेहनत में घर को खास लुक देने के लिए यह एक बढ़िया पौधा है। ??
